Please be informed that at the premises of our Company (8105 Pétfürdő, Berhidai út 91/b.), in this currently open room of our Gym, we use an electronic surveillance system allowing image recording (hereinafter: recording) for the purpose of protecting business secrets and property protection. The equipment we use also records your activities.

The basis for the personal data processing by the Company is your voluntary consent. Therefore, we draw your attention to the fact that if you enter the area under camera surveillance fully aware of this information, by this conduct we consider your consent to the recording to be given. If you do not wish to give your consent to the processing of your personal data, please do not enter the area monitored by cameras.

The recordings are stored by our company at 8105 Pétfürdő, Berhidai út 91/b. for 10 working days. Persons entitled to access the data are the managing director of our Company and the operating staff.

If the recording affects your rights or legitimate interests, you may request our Company within three working days from the time of recording, by proving your right or legitimate interest, not to destroy or delete the data.

Your Rights

Your rights regarding the processing of your personal data are contained in legal regulations, based on which you may:

• request information about our data processing,
• request data rectification, deletion, or blocking concerning the processed data, and
• object to the processing of personal data, furthermore
• in case of violation of your rights, you can turn to a court and demand compensation and grievance awards.
